By accessing and using KairosWP ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
KairosWP is a headless billing platform for WordPress that provides payment processing, subscription management, and invoice generation services through a cloud-based SaaS infrastructure.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any charges incurred through your connected Stripe account.
4. Payment Processing
4.1 Stripe Integration
KairosWP uses Stripe Connect for payment processing. All payment transactions are processed directly through Stripe, and funds flow from your customers to your Stripe account.
4.2 Fees
KairosWP charges subscription fees as outlined in our pricing page. Stripe may charge additional transaction fees per their terms of service.
4.3 Refunds
Refund policies are determined by your Stripe account settings and applicable laws. KairosWP does not process refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit any malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service to process payments for prohibited goods or services
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by KairosWP and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all customer and transaction data stored in your Stripe account. KairosWP does not claim ownership of your business data.
8. Service Availability
KairosWP strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
KairosWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be discontinued, but your Stripe account and data will remain intact.
11. Changes to Terms
KairosWP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service interface.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
